  • Develop skills to conduct effective investigations by identifying key elements and ensuring reliable and objective documentation
  • Use and accept open-ended questions to improve communication, gather insights, and engage in difficult conversations with confidence
  • Recognize the impact of emotional reactions versus intentional responses and learn tools for leveraging conflict to work towards positive outcomes
