Client Overview

This Ohio-based service organization employs a small but dedicated team and prides itself on maintaining a positive, mission-driven workplace culture. Partnering with WorkSpring, the HR Director set out to conduct a custom employee engagement survey designed to capture honest, actionable feedback on key workplace factors including:
