
A privately run healthcare organization in Northwest Ohio, with five locations and a newly appointed management team, partnered with WorkSpring to build a consistent, collaborative foundation for leadership. Working directly with the Director of Human Resources, the goal was to establish shared expectations and enhance communication skills across the team.
With new managers across multiple sites, the organization recognized the need to level-set leadership communication. The HR Director was looking for a way to get everyone aligned, engaged, and equipped with the tools to lead confidently through everyday conversations and workplace challenges.
WorkSpring developed a customized leadership training series focused on practical communication and management skills. Training sessions included:
The workshops were hands-on and interactive, incorporating role-playing and real-world scenarios.
Each session provided practical best practices managers could use immediately in their roles. Role-playing helped team members gain confidence handling tough conversations and responding to sensitive situations. By working through scenarios together, the training created shared understanding and strengthened team cohesion.
