The 2024-2025 National Wage & Salary Survey provides you with accurate market rates in different regions of the country that will assist you with operations in multiple regions, national recruiting, adjusting pay rates for relocated employees, and targeting localities for future business.
Job descriptions and pay data are included alphabetically by state for 9 EAA’s in the country, over 86,000 Employee Rates Reported, and 151 benchmark positions. Local data from surveys conducted by each participating association is compiled for jobs with standardized job descriptions. All survey data for this 2025 report was aged to January 2025 using appropriate adjustments for each geographic area.
