Building Civility and Respect in the Workplace

This session covers how to build an environment of respect and civility (and why it matters).

Outcomes can include:

• Understanding the concept of unconscious bias, where it comes from and why it matters
• Realizing the impact unconscious bias has in the workplace
• Becoming more self-aware by reflecting upon personal experiences and uncovering how our hidden biases are formed and examining ways we can unconsciously be disrespectful to others.
