2025 National Business Trends Survey is now available for download for free for all members. In total, 1024 organizations in ALL 50 states provided data. Click here to access the survey.

Highlights from the survey include:

• 19% of participants include (1) floating holiday as part of their schedule
• 24 organizations have a planned shutdown at the end of the year
• 24% of participants are awarding their employees with 10-10.5 total paid holidays in 2025

2024 - 2025 Snow Survey

The Snow Survey is conducted every other year and contains information regarding employer’s policies and practices for snow emergencies such as Level 1, 2, and 3 (equivalent conditions for Michigan employers who do not have levels). This year, a total of 65 member companies participated in the survey providing valuable feedback from across local counties and industries.
