Mandatory Labor Law Poster Updates:

Oregon:
Oregon has updated its Minimum Wage posting in English and Spanish with a new minimum wage rate, its Family Leave posting in English and Spanish with the removal of legal process language, and its Domestic Violence, Harassment, Sexual Assault, or Stalking Protections posting in English and Spanish with the expansion of its definition of "victim". It has also added a Captive Audience posting in Spanish to its Spanish offering.

Washington:
Washington has updated its Notice to Employees Self Insured (Workers' Compensation) posting in English and Spanish with changes to its "if a job injury occurs" and "what you should do" sections to include amended health care reporting and filing information for employees.
