In addition, it has updated its Whistleblowers' Protection Act posting with an expansion of its employer penalties and its Notice to Employees - Injuries Caused by Work posting with the addition of information regarding attorneys' fees.
Colorado:
Colorado has updated its Colorado Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order posting with a new minimum wage rate.
Connecticut:
Connecticut has updated its Paid Sick Leave posting in English and Spanish with a major overhaul of its poster.
Idaho:
Idaho has updated its Unemployment Insurance Benefits posting in English and Spanish with formatting changes and the addition of "Navigator" information.
Maine:
Maine has updated its Minimum Wage posting with a new minimum wage rate.
Maryland:
Maryland has updated its Safety & Health Protection on the Job - Private Sector posting in English and Spanish with changes to its proposed penalty section.
Missouri:
Missouri has updated its Minimum Wage posting in English and Spanish with a new minimum wage rate.
Oregon:
Oregon has updated its Paid Leave posting with changes to its inclusions section and minor verbiage updates.
Washington:
Washington has added a Minimum Wage posting in English and Spanish and a Captive Audience posting to its offering.
Wisconsin:
Wisconsin has updated its Workers With Disabilities Paid at Special Minimum Wage posting with changes to its special minimum wages under DWD 279 updated to DWD 272.09.
