With a team of over 20 employees operating across diverse industries and environments, adaptability and interpersonal awareness are critical to this member’s success. After relocating to a new downtown headquarters, the team made safety and situational awareness a key area of focus.
Their work environment includes multi-site operations, hybrid/remote flexibility, and a range of diverse roles. Key stakeholders involved in our engagement included the C-suite and the HR/Training Director.
After relocating to a new facility, leadership identified a need to enhance employees’ situational and interpersonal awareness—both for safety reasons and to support more thoughtful engagement in unfamiliar or dynamic environments. Their goal was to instill better habits and encourage self-awareness without increasing stress levels in a period of organizational change.
We delivered a customized training session focused on situational awareness and behavioral awareness using our proprietary SEBA© Method: Situation + Environment + Behavior = Awareness (or Action).
