For this initiative, we collaborated primarily with the HR/Training Director to deliver a tailored wellness strategy that aligned with their organizational goals.
Before launching a formal wellness program, the organization faced challenges with internal communication and engagement around wellness initiatives. Efforts to push different strategies and generate enthusiasm among employees were inconsistent, limiting the impact of early wellness efforts. Without a structured approach, participation was low, and employees were unclear on the available programs and their benefits.
