Driven by her passion for empowering businesses and their employees, Megan joined WorkSpring as our President and CEO in 2022. Since then, she’s used her superpower of inspiring transformation to foster innovation within our organization.

Megan holds a BA in Political Science from Ohio State University and a JD from the University of the District of Columbia—degrees she’s put to use during her long career in the public sector. Most recently, she presided over a $750 million annual budget as the administrator for Lucas County.

Outside of WorkSpring, Megan serves as a member or trustee on several boards. When she’s not working, she’s cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, listening to live music, and spending time with her husband, two kids, and rescue dog Rocky.

Megan identifies and implements efficiencies that impact the entire organization. From her initial interview with us, she immediately saw—and was drawn to—our passion for putting members first. With adaptability as her superpower, she embraces an open-to-change mindset that drives positive outcomes for our team and our members.

Megan joined us upon graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a major in Health Promotion and Education. Across her ten-year career at WorkSpring, she wore many hats in the Wellness department before transitioning to Operations in 2023.

Outside of work, Megan can be found spending time with her husband, two daughters, and Golden Retriever. She loves spending time outdoors, especially visiting the Toledo Metroparks and their family's lake house in Michigan.

Rebecca is in charge of all finances for WorkSpring, working closely with the President and Board to ensure consistent financial wellbeing. She was drawn to WorkSpring due to our alignment with her personal values and her enjoyment of working with non-profits.

Before embarking on her two-decade journey with various nonprofits, Rebecca worked for a small local CPA firm. She holds both a BFA and a BA from the University of Toledo. In all her work, resilience is Rebecca’s superpower—she constantly adjusts and adapts to serve the unique needs of any given workplace.

Rebecca’s free time is currently devoted to playing with and training her recently adopted best friend, an Australian cattle dog mix.

Sally leads her team in delivering impactful wellness services to members. Collaborating with partners and vendors, she develops relevant programming while also managing our sales efforts across Ohio. Sally balances these crucial responsibilities with practiced grace—maintaining calm under pressure is her superpower. 

Helping others lead healthier lives is what brought her to WorkSpring (as a Wellness Consultant, Manager, Co-Director, and now, Director). Before WorkSpring, Sally worked in corporate wellness and as a health coach for companies nationwide. She also earned her bachelor’s and master’s in Exercise Physiology from the University of Toledo.

Outside of work, Sally is often outdoors: she loves running, hiking, and cheering her kids on at their sporting events.

Sarah is WorkSpring’s Member Systems Manager, ensuring that everything members see across our systems - products, pricing, events, learning, and communications - is accurate, clear, and working as intended. She translates approved offerings and marketing plans into clean, reliable system setup across the AMS, website, and communication tools, to support a seamless member experience. She also partners cross-functionally to keep systems aligned and dependable as WorkSpring grows. Sarah was drawn to WorkSpring’s focus on innovation and support of local organizations, which align closely with her professional values.

After earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo, Sarah joined WorkSpring in 2012. Her strengths in organization, planning, and systems thinking help ensure member-facing information is consistent and easy to use.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling and making memories with her husband and daughter. Road trips, national park adventures, family vacations, and cruises. She also loves gardening and tackling DIY renovation projects.

Judi coordinates class scheduling, compiles training evaluations, and more. Her priority has always been helping others, and that passion drew her to our team. She has a superpower for finding something in common with everyone she meets—and making lasting connections because of it.

Before WorkSpring, Judi worked as a Secretary at the University of Toledo (her alma mater), as a Human Resources Generalist at American Identity, and as a Project Coordinator at Hickory Farms. She joined us in 2008, working in various roles within HR research, training, and membership prior to her current position.

Outside of work, Judi is a Reiki Master, sound therapist, and alternative healing practitioner. A lover of country living, nature, animals, music, and movies, she can often be found making crafts or spending time with her family.

Leading our HR Solutions, and Learning & Development departments, Seta is laser-focused on bringing our members the best and most up-to-date services. A long-time HR leader and WorkSpring member, she jumped at the chance to join us and interact with all sectors of the HR community. 

Seta’s background as an HR generalist spans diverse industries, lending her a unique skill set as a mentor and driver of continuous process improvement. Through it all, her experience juggling simultaneous priorities granted her a superpower for multi-tasking that serves her well today. She holds a BA from the University of Toledo and an MBA from Cleveland State University.

Outside of work, Seta serves as the Board of Trustees President at St. Sarkis Armenian Church and as the treasurer of her school parent organization.

Jammie supports WorkSpring’s members with various HR-related projects. From handbooks and training to audits and compensation packages, she’s always juggling essential tasks for our partners—in fact, her superpower is multi-tasking.

After earning her B.S. in Paralegal Studies from the University of Toledo, Jammie worked as a paralegal at an Employment & Labor Law firm. Between her legal background and her HR Generalist positions in the healthcare and education sectors, Jammie has spent her entire career improving public and private workplaces for employers and employees.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Jammie cheering for her favorite teams, whether it’s the Steelers or her daughter’s volleyball and basketball clubs. She also loves spending time with her family and digging into the latest murder mystery book, movie, or podcast.

Chris shares her 30+ years of HR experience and expertise with our members. Throughout her many years in HR, she continually crossed paths with WorkSpring, building connections to our team that inspired her to join us.

Her impressive career in HR includes First Solar, The Andersons, and nearly two decades as HR Manager at Rudolph/Libbe Inc. In all she does, her service-oriented mindset is her superpower—she strives to understand and meet every member’s needs.

Now semi-retired, Chris and her husband, Dale, split their time between their home in Ohio and Florida during the chilly Midwest winters. As a proud grandmother of six, she enjoys spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.

Randy supports our member leadership and our staff. He comes to WorkSpring with over 20 years of experience in every aspect of human resources, from recruitment to policy development.

A lifelong learner, Randy graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B in Liberal Studies (emphasis in Psychology, Communication, and Business) before studying Social Work and Education Administration in San Francisco. He has also worked in mental health and suicide prevention, volunteering for crisis hotlines and facilitating counseling sessions. This work helped Randy discover his superpower: When someone is struggling, he’s there to listen.

In his free time, Randy lives to make memories with his friends and family. From impromptu road trips to trying new restaurants, he’s always up for an adventure.

Drew assists members with varying needs, from support services to department audits, in addition to running our surveys. Always up for a challenge, Drew was drawn to WorkSpring by a desire to help organizations of all sizes meet their objectives.

Drew previously served as our HR Solutions Coordinator. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration as well as her PHR certification. For two years, Drew has served as the Meeting Arrangements Chair on the Northwest Ohio Human Resources Association board.

Drew’s superpower is that she’s a self-proclaimed observant wallflower—listening, understanding, and finding meaning in every interaction. Outside of work, Drew can be found capturing these everyday moments with her camera. She’s also an avid reader, runner, and volleyball player. 

“Use your resources. Find the strengths of those around you and leverage them to make your life and theirs more efficient.”

Dawn brings more than 25 years of experience in disability services, with a career that spans both education and nonprofit leadership. She began as a special education teacher and went on to serve as an early intervention specialist, developmental therapist, principal, and special education supervisor. She later held director roles in the disability nonprofit sector before founding her own consulting firm, CAIRE, LLC (Community Access Inclusion Representation and Equity), in 2022.

Dawn earned her Bachelor’s degree from Miami University in early childhood education, early intervention, and special education, and later completed her Master’s degree in Education at Marygrove College. Through CAIRE, she partners with community businesses and organizations to strengthen disability access. As a certified ADA coordinator, she conducts accessibility audits and delivers customized training.

Outside of work, Dawn lives with her husband, John, and their four children. They welcomed twins during the pandemic, a season they still affectionately call “the twindemic.” When she is not building training programs or advocating alongside the disability community, Dawn can usually be found cheering at soccer and dance, reading, or working on her growing collection of plants as she develops her green thumb.

Tim comes to Work Spring with over 50 years of work experience and nearly 40 years of management experience, working locally. From these years of experience he has developed a passion for staff engagement and fulfillment, and teaching and training true leadership.

Tim attended the University of Toledo, then worked as an electrician in his early career, and for the past 40+ years, for a local and national Construction Manager and General Contractor.

Tim and his wife are the parents of 6 children and have 14 grandchildren, and they enjoy being a part of their lives. He serves and has served in the past on several boards including the Northwest Ohio Chamber of Commerce, the Lucas County Children’s Services and his local church.

Andy provides on-site and virtual training to members and non-members alike. He came aboard at WorkSpring for the chance to grow as a trainer and share knowledge that is vital for employee and company development.

Before WorkSpring, Andy spent six years as a ProMedica Security Educator, where he educated staff on topics related to workplace violence, and 12 years in sales and account management. He has also spent over 25 years teaching self-defense and awareness courses. Both in and out of work, Andy’s superpower is putting others at ease—a hallmark of an effective trainer and mentor.

Off the clock, Andy loves spending time with his wife, three boys, and black lab mix. A lifelong martial artist (with 35+ years of experience), he’s passionate about fitness, as well as reading, writing, and volunteering.

Paige supports, promotes, and delivers wellness services to our members while also assisting with process development and sales. Her alignment with our values and mission, along with our connection to the Toledo community, led her our way in 2015.

Paige joined us upon graduation from the University of Toledo, serving as a Wellness Assistant, Wellness Consultant, and Senior Wellness Consultant before taking on her current role. Amidst the trends and updates of the ever-evolving wellness sphere, a flexible, open mind is her superpower.

In her free time, Paige enjoys exploring new cities and spending time outdoors. Along with her husband and two kids, she frequents the Metroparks and cheers on the Toledo Rockets football team.

“There’s nothing better than a great team. Share your knowledge, listen to others’ advice, bounce ideas off of teammates, and include others when you can.”

Melanie serves about 20 member organizations, spreading awareness of wellness incentives, offering educational opportunities, and fielding daily questions. Her passion for wellness and helping others improve their lives is what brought her to WorkSpring.

After earning a bachelor’s from Morehead State University and a master’s from the University of Dayton, Melanie worked as a Health Coach for Wellness Coaches USA and managed Appleton Papers’ Corporate Wellness Center before joining us in 2021. A born listener, she has a superpower for making all of her clients feel heard.

In her free time, Melanie leads an active lifestyle, including running and strength training. Come college football season, she can be found traveling with her husband and daughter to watch her two sons play.

Lauren engages with clients to foster healthy workplace culture, collaborating with our partners to ensure employee groups meet their wellness goals. With a superpower for meeting people where they are, she’s able to guide participants through every stage of their wellness journeys. 

Before WorkSpring, Lauren earned her bachelor’s in Family Studies and Nutrition from Central Michigan University and her master’s in Health Promotion from Indiana University before serving as a Health Advisor at Healthways Inc. She joined WorkSpring in 2018, driven to collaborate and positively impact our large client base.

Outside of work, Lauren is an avid traveler with a passion for biking and kayaking. She can often be found cheering at her daughters’ sports games or, on warmer days, landscaping in her yard.

Noah implements valuable programming for our member organizations. He arranges onsite health checks, health fairs, and more—and thanks to his superpower of punctuality, he’s early to every event.

Noah’s educational background prepared him well for his current role; he obtained a BA in Exercise Science from Capital University and a master’s in Allied Health from Otterbein University. Prior to joining WorkSpring, he was a Health Coach and Tobacco Cessation Coach.

On his days off, you’ll find Noah in near-constant motion, whether it’s CrossFit, running, or pickleball. When he’s not getting his heart pumping, he’s rooting for the Cleveland Guardians or looking for the best cup of coffee in Columbus with his wife and dog.

Elissa assists our members in building and implementing effective wellness programming for their employees, in addition to teaching our Mental Health First Aid course. A natural “goal-getter”—her superpower—she strives to champion each organization’s unique needs. 

Elissa was inspired to join us after attending one of our conferences during her corporate wellness internship in college, where our Wellness team’s talent and passion left a lasting impression on her. After graduating from the University of Toledo, she applied and has since remained an asset to our team. 

Outside of work, Elissa is an avid baker, often jotting down recipes from The Great British Bake Off. When she’s not gardening or volunteering as an Alumni Advisor for her sorority, she can be found with friends or her (admittedly spoiled but beloved) pets.

As a Wellness Consultant, Noah proudly collaborates with clients to increase employee productivity and foster a healthier workplace culture through training and programming. Here, his superpower of delivering education is on full display; Noah has a passion for inspiring impactful change through tailored instruction.

This passion led him to WorkSpring. Before that, Noah earned a master’s in Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati, a certification he put to good use working as an Employee Benefits Client Service Associate for an insurance brokerage in Columbus.

When the day’s work is done, you’ll find Noah working out at the gym, catching up on sports and historical podcasts, and cheering on the Bengals and Bearcats.

Jessica tailors wellness program initiatives to clients’ needs, and then implements them with the goal of promoting healthy workplace culture. She came aboard out of a desire to meaningfully impact and collaborate with our wide array of clients. With a superpower for empathy, she’s able to connect with and understand each client she works with, nurturing positive relationships.

Pre-WorkSpring, Jessica earned a bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Kent State before serving as a Health Coach and Wellbeing Strategy Consultant.

In her free time, she frequents workout classes and Cleveland’s Metroparks (plus the occasional new shop for a little retail therapy). You’ll usually find her with her husband, kids, dogs, and cat, all of whom she adores.

McKenzie manages relationships with partners and vendors and develops strategic solutions to maximize the impact of our programming.

McKenzie was drawn to WorkSpring because of the inspiring people. Citing connectedness as her superpower, McKenzie strives for mutual trust by first forging personal relationships.

McKenzie earned her certification as a Wellness Practitioner from the National Wellness Institute and a BA in Communications from BGSU. With her varied experience, she’s well-versed in customer service, problem-solving, and organization.

In her free time, McKenzie is a coffee shop and reality TV aficionado. She leads an active lifestyle including long walks, spin classes, and playing with her son.

“Organization and routines are key! Your day-to-day tasks may differ, but keeping everything organized and creating routines helps ease you through work and ease your mind as well.”

Mandy liaisons between our partners and vendors, working to deliver our wellness program to Medical Mutual employer groups. She joined us at a point in her career when she was seeking a small organization fueled by passion for their work and care for their employees.

Prior to WorkSpring, Mandy oversaw civilian health programs at U.S. military installations (for Millennium Health and Fitness) and served as Wellness Program Manager at Crown Equipment. In all her work, streamlining processes is Mandy’s superpower: her skill set is finetuned to maximize efficiency.

Outside of work, Mandy is an experienced distance runner with a passion for the outdoors, which has led her to volunteer on conservation efforts and with her local parks and rec committee. She also enjoys camping, boating, and hiking with her family.
